Repeat Prescriptions
We have an online service called Patient Services. This service will allow you to order repeat prescriptions via the internet.
For patient confidentiality and security reasons you must first register your interest in the service with us in one of the following ways:
1. Pick up a registration from the surgery.
2. Download the online registration form here and return it to gram.banchory.reception@nhs.scot
Please note that each family member requires an individual online login and password and hence a separate registration.
Once we have accepted your registration request we will email you the information you require to complete the registration process online and create your patient account.
Old 'Vision Online' accounts
If you already have an online account please note ‘Vision Online’ has migrated to ‘Patient Services’
The Vision Online Services website (http://www.myvisiononline.co.uk) has been updated with a new website (www.patient-services.co.uk)
If you log onto http://www.myvisiononline.co.uk you will automatically be transferred to the Patient Services web site.
If you are experiencing any problems with using the site or with migrating your account from Vision Online to Patient Services, please use the 'Contact Website Support' button at the bottom left of the Patient Services home screen or click on the following link https://www.patient-services.co.uk/web/ps/contact-us
The new website includes a help section for patients and includes user guides and videos on how to migrate to the new website and use the services available. Please click on the following link to access the patient online help (or copy the link into your web browser), http://patientservices.helpscoutdocs.com
