Physiotherapy Information

A team of physiotherapists work from the adjacent clinic.

From the 1st October 2014 there is a new process for accessing an NHS physiotherapist. There is a new helpline for advice, information and assessment of muscle and joint problems. If onward referral to a physiotherapist is required then this will be done by the helpline. There is no need to see a GP for a referral. Anyone aged 16 years or over can contact the helpline.

Helpline number : 0800 917 9390

or visit www.nhsinform.co.uk/msk

There are also several private physiotherapists working in the Banchory area. You will require a GP referral letter if you wish to be  seen through your private medical insurance scheme.
